This is page 5 of the webcomic, Element Current, I've been working on. Currently its still in preproduction, as we're trying to get into the rhythm but we're hoping to get to actually putting up the webcomic hopefully by summertime.
As for the story, these are just 2 of the characters. The man at the bottom is one of the main characters named, Lucius. He's a man of few words but boundless action, he controlls the Element current of earth which allows him to move in such a way as to skid along the ground (like a surfer on water) much like he's doing on this page.
The boy's name is Ragnarion (aka Rag) he's a teenage boy from the village nearby that happened to get caught up in Lucius' haste.
